摘要

Abstract

In heterogeneous wireless network environment,mobile users always want to access the most desired network,namely the network with the maximum total utility for the users.On the basis of the existing utility function,the mobile terminal state and the parameters of utility function are comprehensively considered,which are taken as the input and output of Fuzzy Inference System respec-tively,so the utility function parameters adaptively change with the terminal state,and the real-time utility values under different condi-tions are calculated. Simulation analysis shows that a combined consideration of the residual energy and power consumption allows a reasonable use of terminal electricity,and a combined consideration of the terminal speed and the distance between the terminal and network edge will decrease the probability that the user switches to the network that he is leaving.
