摘要

Abstract

The amplifier is an important part in communication circuits.In order to eliminate the limitation of current manual test, this paper describes a design scheme which uses test techniques to build a test platform.In this design,the test items can be selected according to the requirements by using the check box control,the programmable power analyzer,signal generator,spectrum analyzer and power meter can be controlled to complete the test and data collection,and improve the test efficiency and accuracy.The test results show that the automatic test system runs successfully and can meet the needs of the current test tasks,and it has been applied in ampli-fier test successfully.
