几种恒温槽控温电路的分析探究
Analysis and Research on Several Oven Controlled Circuits
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents the solution for several oven controlled circuits which are essential in OCXO,including single oper-ational controlled circuit with direct heating,resistor heating and dual operational controlled circuit and so on,it analyzes and compares their principle and characteristics and gives necessary mathematical calculation. Based on the above analysis on several oven controlled circuits,it discusses the principle and characteristics of dual operational amplifier oven controlled circuit,and builds an oven controlled circuit in which the oven status is not sensitive to the power supply variation,which improves the frequency stability of OCXO.关键词
