Abstract
In the Intelligent Traffic System, detected methods of abnormal events are one of crucial technologies and difficulties. Based on video detection, digital image processing, existing road traffic monitoring facilities and other hardware devices, it proposes an effective intelligent traffic monitoring system for abnormal events. This system is analyzed and designed by using C/S model.关键词
