北约新一代VHF窄带通信标准研究

摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the waveform interoperability problem of land tactical communication systems between members,NATO is developing a new generation communication standard in VHF band(30~88 MHz)named Narrowband Waveform.With start of “The Thirteenth Five⁃Year Plan” stage,investment and research will increase in the domestic field to enhance capabilities of tactical commu⁃nication.Based on the relevant public data,this paper makes an introduction to the standard research background and new requirements different from the old standard,describes some key technologies used in the PHY,MAC and LLC layer of the standard,and mainly describes the establishment and release process of voice service, finally puts forward lessons that could be learn from for the future research and application in the domestic related fields.关键词
