A fast factional motion estimation algorithm for H . 264/AVC
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis and research on those proposed fast fractional motion estimation algorithms ( FFME ) and the al-gorithm of JM18 . 4 , a FFME is proposed in this paper . Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can reduce the H . 264/AVC encoder ’ s computational complexity of the FME remarkably while incurring little , if any , loss in quality .关键词
