Abstract
Summary: This paper proposes a LEACH_P ( LEACH based on PAM ) algorithm based on LEACH protocol , which uses the PAM to divide the initial topology into clusters . In first-round it choice the nearest nodes that have shortest distance to each clus-ter centroids to be CH ( cluster head ) . After that it choices the nodes that are in the domain of each CH and have the largest re-main energy as CHs . When the increment of death nodes is up to 5%, it begins to re_cluster . And when the radius of domain in-crease 25%, it begins to rechoice CHs . Simulation results show that LEACH_P is more reasonable in clustering and leads to a more balanced energy consumption . The entire network life cycyle ( the time when the frist node dies ) extends by about 30%, and the LEACH_P improves the network performance effectively .关键词
