Research and design of low noise amplifier based on the TRL calibration
摘要
Abstract
As the difference between the software simulation results and actual circuit results of low noise amplifiers, it is hard to debug the hardware system. In this paper, a new method is proposed to solve this problem. The S parameters can be measured by TRL calibration and chip measuring board platform. Through comparing it with S parameters supported by vendor, low noise amplifiers can be desiged by RF simulation software. In this way, the simulation results and actual test results are closer, which greatly improves the efficiency and performance of the low noise amplifier design. Finally it take GPS and Bei-Dou as examples, and the S parameters of measured and simulated Smith chart are compared.关键词
