摘要
Abstract
Firstly this paper states the shortage of the traditional monitoring system and the requirements of modern people for the surveillance video content. And then it illustrates the method how to implement a RTSP based streaming media server. This server uses the IPC as the data source, combines with Live555 open source libraries and runs on the Linux operation system. It involves the streaming video data acquisition, coding, fluidization and transmission modules. When multiple clients access the video, this streaming media server will be helpful for reducing the load of IPC. If it combines with different kinds of image processing algorithms, more video content can be presented to the people who has special requirement.关键词
