The design of the MPS modular manufacturing system based on GE Fanuc

Abstract
The MPS system is a kind of high productivity and reconfigurable manufacturing system, and it is the tide of times development. This paper makes use of the characteristics of the MPS system, and chooses the GE Fanuc controller for its further reform. This paper analyses and introduces the design of the structure and the constitution of the MPS system. It presents the diagram of the system, then the control function of each unit and program flow chart are given. Finally, this paper takes the processing unit as an example. It proposes ladder diagram according to the given I/O allocation table. The experiment results show that the MPS system based on GE Fanuc has good feasibility and it has a great practical significance.关键词
