摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a chopper for bipolar stepper motor. To detect the current, implement microstepping drive, improve the accuracy and reduce power dissipation, a variable gain amplifier and a novel low power amplifier is designed. Fabricated in 0.35μm BCD process, with an output drive capacity of up to 35 V and ±2.5 A, the test results show that the load supply static state current is 3.9 mA, FET on resistance less than 0.23Ω, choppimg current accuracy less than 8%.关键词
