摘要

Abstract

Based on PLAZA and Gauss image filtering, the research is about simplification algorithm of moving object trajectories with positioning error. The algorithm, which is mainly applied to the mobile terminal, is able to simplify the original trajectory of moving object, and reduce the communication and computation cost of mobile terminal. Thus the algorithm can improve the efficiency and value of track data. According to the thought of time series method and signal doeoising , the algorithm first process the original position data with gauss filter, which can decrease the influence of location error. And then simplify the trajectory according to the theory of PLAZA algorithm. The experimental results confirmed that the algorithm has better reduction rate and faster processing speed, the practical application show that this algorithm has better use value in real life.
