Strategic Plan for Developing Energy Passageway on the Silk Road Economic Belt
摘要
Abstract
The sick road economic belt is a big strategic vision to develop regional economies and to achieve win -win cooperation mechanisms.In the face of fierce competition situation,the United States,Russia,and the European Union takes more regional economic cooperation strategies to fight for the actual control of central Asian energy reshaping energy supply situation of central Asia.Building energy passageway is a crucial step to carry out development strategy of the Sick Road Economic Belt contributing to economy sustainable and stable development.2015 is the year of China faced by New Normal.Energy sector plays a crucial role in strategy implementation to develop the Sick Road Economic Belt.The mech-anism of industry linkage development facilitates synergies of projects relative to the Sick Road Economic Belt.Establis-hing western financial center shapes the regional trading mechanism characterized by RMB where central energy is the main trade category.Cultivating professional talents of the Silk Road construction development and strengthening the soft power of regional economic development will gradually form a regional win -win cooperation mechanism.关键词
