相对收入、收入满意度与主观幸福感
Relative Income,Income Satisfaction and Subjective Happiness
摘要
Abstract
Based on the data from the latest three surveys of World Values Survey,this paper tries to light up the rela-tionships among relative income,income satisfaction and subjective happiness,and also discuss the moderating role of income distribution tendency of residents.The results show that both relative income and income satisfaction have a sig-nificant promoting effect on subjective happiness.Relative income satisfaction has a significant mediating effect on sub-jective happiness.The income distribution tendency of residents has no significant mediating effect on the relationships between relative income and subjective happiness.But the more the residents tend to recognize the income gap,the higher the subjective happiness they have.Therefore,it is needed for the government to raise happiness of residents be-ginning with taking such measures as increasing the income level of residents,narrowing the income gap,constituting a harmonious social atmosphere,and so forth.关键词
