模糊自抗扰控制在凹印机放卷张力中的应用

摘要
Abstract
According to the characteristics of the multi-variables,nonlinear,strong coupling and time-varying of unwinding tension system in gravure printing presses,a dynamic mathematical model of unwinding tension control system is established by the coupling modeling method based on the principle of the elements of tension system.In order to improve the performances of the unwinding tension control system,a fuzzy auto-disturbance rejection control strategy (ADRC)is proposed by combining fuzzy control with ADRC.And then,the decoupling and disturbance per-formances of the tension control system are investigated numerically.The results show that the fuzzy ADRC strategy is able to achieve the constant tension control by suppressing the influence of external disturbances and changes of system parameters on control system effectively,and de-coupling control of tension system is implemented by fuzzy ADRC controller.The study is also to solve tuning problem of the system parameters for unwinding tension control system in gravure printing presses effectively.关键词
