累积环境影响评价方法研究综述
Research Review on the Evaluation Method of Accumulative Environment Impacts
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis on the status of evaluation about the accumulative environment impact, and the classification of evaluation methods about the accumulative environment impact,the applications of ge-ographical information system,systematical dynamics,matrix method,linear programming method,process guidelines and combined evaluation methods in the evaluation of accumulative environment impact are reviewed according to the effective recognition,analysis evaluation and the objective standards about the influence source,the influence process,time accumulation,space accumulation,function and structure influences in the evaluation of accumulative impact. And then applications of accumulative impacts in the evaluation of water en-vironment are especially analyzed,which reveals that Chinaˊs current evaluation of water environmental impact is made according to the concrete projects,not based on the general situation,without systematizing and nor-malizing research on the accumulative impact evaluation of water environment.关键词
