Abstract
In the exploration history of Liaohe oilfield,there were three unexpected circumstances:the oil storage in the east depression with the biggest area was unexpectedly less;the oil storage in the west depression with less area than the east was unexpectedly much more;the oil storage in Damin village depression with the smallest area was unexpectedly more than that in the east depression with the biggest area. These three unex-pected cases remind us that we should reflect on our traditional oil exploration theory,asking why the practical results of exploration and development are always beyond the expectation of traditional theory. This paper re -explains the "three unexpected" in the exploration history of Liaohe oilfiled from the perspective of inorganic petroleum origin theory,and tries to explore the new thinking way of oil exploration.关键词
