摘要
Abstract
Most of scholars think that enterprise culture is very helpful in enhancing enterprise innova-tion,some scholars believe that there maybe exist promoting or restricting functions between two aspects. How-ever,some researchers have concluded that enterprise culture originates from enterprise innovation. Therefore, the paper puts forward the conception to use the enterprise life cycle theory in integrating the differences of ac-ademic opinions,and thus provides an analytical framework for scholars to carry out empirical research.关键词
