摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of practical cases and data,based on some existing relevant achieve-ments,some problems in the development of non - government charitable organization are generalized,inclu-ding the high criteria of admittance,the less preferential policy and their backward self - construction. Com-bined with these problems,causes about them are found out. Finally,it is proposed that government should strengthen the legal construction in the foundation,operation and supervision of non - government charitable or-ganization,bring the administration of non - government charitable organization into legal orbit,and thus realize the sustainable and healthy development of non - government charitable organization.关键词
