Abstract
As a new social governance,government purchase of service stimulates the social administration and social development,yet results in a series of legal issues which need to be resolved quickly.In this article, the author systematical-ly combed the legal environment of government purchase of service,analyses the legal of government purchase of service, then from legislative and institutional support,proposed to reconstruct institutional system of public services purchasing,and providing lessons for practice in purchasing public services at last.关键词
