Abstract
In this article, through the questionaire, the author talks Ningxia as an example, and makes statistical analysis and compre-hensive description on the situation of internet implementation in Ningxia .The author expounds the negative impact of netizen which the in-ternet culture brings to and the intrinsic reasons .In order to make the internet culture plays positive role for the development of culture , the positive energy be promoted.关键词
