羧甲基玉米淀粉合成过程的优化
The optimization of carboxymethyl corn starch synthesis process
摘要
Abstract
Using ethanal as medium ,the effects of ethanol concentration ,ethanol dosage ,reaction tem-perature ,reaction time ,nNaOH/nAGU ,nMCA/nAGU and other factors on the substitution degree of carboxym-ethyl corn starch was studied .And according to Box-Behnken experimental design and SAS ,the optimal reaction conditions on carboxymethyl corn starch synthesis was determined :ethanol concentration of 93.5% ,reaction temperature of 60℃ ,reaction time of 265 min ,nNaOH/nAGU of=2.6 ,nMCA/nAGU =1.25 . And under this condition ,carboxymethyl corn starch with the substitution degree of 0 .914 can be made , and w hile the mass fraction of original paste is 4% ,the viscosity of original paste is 6 590mPa · s .关键词
