Study on f ree-PVA sizing process of viscose yarn
摘要
Abstract
According to the viscose yarn properties ,two sets of sizing formula were developed ,which mainly added modified starch K-2000 and modified starch DS respectively .T he slurry and film properties were tested ,then the two formulations of the slurry were used on viscose yarn sizing respectively .The sized yarn hairiness decreasing rate ,strengthening enhancement ratio ,elongation reduction rate and other performance indicators are analyzed .The result shows that the sizing performance of viscose yarn is im-proved after using K-2000 size to replace PVA .关键词
