PLA纤维纱线浆纱工艺研究
Study on sizing process of PLA fiber yarn
摘要
Abstract
According to the characteristics of PLA fiber yarns ,the potato modified starch K5 is chosen as main slurry ,PVA and poly-acrylic acid as auxiliary slurry ,with a piece of wax additives ,three kinds of warp sizing formulas are formulated .Through experiments ,the size performance ,size film properties , sizing performance and related indexes were analyzed .The best sizing process of PLA fiber yarn is opti-mized after the comparison and analysis .The PVA can be entirely replaced by potato modified starch K5 ,meeting the requirements of PLA fiber yarn sizing and reducing environment pollution .关键词
