The evaluation model of enterprises′organizational flexibility based on the perspective of servitization
摘要
Abstract
T he flexibility organization is chosen as the research object .On the basis of existing research , combined with the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise organization ,the six-dimensional model of manufacturing orgainzational flexibility is put forward .The typical manufacturing enterprises in Xi′an are selected as subjects in questionaire survey ,and factor analysis and structural equation model are used to carry out the emperical validation .T he result of the emperical data show s that organizational flexibil-ity of six dimensional model has a higher degree of validity .关键词
