劳动密集型企业生产员工离职原因与对策研究
Countermeasures on turnover causes of production staff in the labor-intensive enterprise
摘要
Abstract
Because of the high rate of production staff turnover ,the causes of turnover was analyzed with the method of factor analysis ,176 valid samples were adopted from the labor-intensive factories that produced textile clothing ,leather and footwear and electronics products etc in southeast coast of China . The result shows that the work and the pay and benefit are still most concerned by production staff ,but the promotion and training ,the leadership ,participation in management ,motivation ,living facilities and relationship have gradually become the main objects of concern by the production staff ,so for man-agers in enterprise ,adequate attention should be given for the new development and trends .Finally ,on the basis of analysis result ,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward .关键词
