氧化还原石墨烯对NH3的敏感性研究
Study of gas sensing properties of reduced graphene oxide to NH3

Abstract
A chemo‐resistive gas sensor based on the synthesized tannic acid (T A ) functionalized and re‐duced graphene oxides (rGO) are fabricated and investigated for ammonia gas sensing at room tempera‐ture. The results show that the prepared chemo‐resistive gas sensor based on tannic acid (TA) function‐alized and reduced graphene oxides show excellent response performance, good reproducibility, and high selectivity for ammonia gas in contrast to the ethanol gas and acetone gas. The response and recovery time of the chemo‐resistive gas sensor based on tannic acid (TA) functionalized and reduced graphene oxides are 20s and 100s respectively for ammonia gas concentration in 6 550 × 10-6, and showing faster response and recovery speed for high concentration ammonia gas.关键词
