摘要

Abstract

Based on the fact that the design level of domestic milling machine is relatively low ,the 3D model of the large CNC mobile beam‐type gantry milling machine using modeling software PRO/E ,is de‐veloped ,conducting static analysis ,model analysis ,harmonic analysis and response spectrum analysis of main structure gantry of CNC milling machine with finite element analyzing software ANSYS Work‐bench ,and then its static and dynamic features have been evaluated .The analyzing process can serve as the theoretical reference mechanical structure design ,reducing vibration and noise and improving preci‐sion of the CNC gantry‐type milling machine .
