丝维尔调温纤维针织面料的染色工艺

Abstract
The dyeing property of Siwear thermoregulation fiber knitted fabric is studied and dis‐cussed .T he reactive dye is selected for dyeing ,and the dyeing rate and K/S value are regarded as the evaluation index .With the single factor analysis and orthogonal test method ,the optimal dyeing process is obtained:active brilliant red KD‐8 B of 1% (o .w .f ) ,trisodium phosphate of 40g/L ,sodium chloride of 40g/L ,bath ratio of 1∶50 ,time of 45min ,temperature of 90℃ ,and levelling agent of 0 .5g/L .After optimized technology is used for fabric dyeing ,the washing fastness ,perspiration fastness and friction resistance fastness all reach the quality standard of fabric dyeing .关键词
