丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯乳液的合成及性能
The synthesis and properties of acrylate-modified water-borne polyurethane emulsion

Abstract
In order to improve the color fastness of ramie fabrics dyed by reactive dyes ,polyure‐thane prepolymer was enlarged by dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA ) and 1 ,4‐butanediol (BDO) ,isocyanate group(—NCO) of obtained product was reacted by hydroxyethyl methacry‐late(HEMA) to give a water‐borne polyurethane emulsion modified by HEMA .Then methyl methacrylate (MMA) is employed to copolymerize with obtained water‐borne polyurethane e‐mulsion to get an acrylate‐modified aqueous polyurethane color fixing agent .The properties of color fixing for ramie fabric is optimum when the amount of MAA is 24g ,modified polyure‐thane emulsion is 6.25mmol ,copolymerization temperature is 80℃ ,and copolymerization time is 80min .The wet rubbing fastness is improves significantly .关键词
