X-COOL 凉爽纤维针织面料的生产工艺

摘要
Abstract
The study develops a new milano rib knitted fabric with health function by using 8.3tex X‐COOL fiber yarn ,according raw material′s specification ,equipment parameters and loop construction .After that ,Na2 CO3 ,30% H2 O2 and disperse yellow GD are used to make high temperature ,high pressure scouring ,bleaching ,dyeing and setting on the functional X‐COOL fiber milano rib knitted fabric .The influences of scouring ,bleaching and dyeing on bursting stength ,w hiteness ,and K/S value are explored ,cool touch of the finished functional X‐COOL fiber milano fib knitted fabric tested .T he results show that this kind of new function‐al milano rib knitted fabric performs well .The bursting strength ,whiteness and K/S value is 698.5N ,78.90% ,2.684 respectively .Water‐shrinkage is -1 .86% at coursewise and 1 .16% at wale wise ,which is suitable for dress adornment and can develop high value‐addded fabric .关键词
