基于 DEA 方法的五星级酒店经营效率评价
The evaluation of economic efficiency of five-star hotel using data envelopment analysis
摘要
Abstract
By selecting the C2 R model of the data envelopment analysis (DEA ) ,five‐star hotel management efficiency of 23 provinces and cities is calculated in use of technical efficienciy (TE) ,pure technical efficiency (PTE) and the scale efficiency (SE) .The results show that the business comprehensive technical efficiency of 6 areas in 23 provinces and cities achieves one , while that of the rest provinces and cities does not reach that level .Therefore ,it is suggested that the scale of five‐star hotel should be reasonably expanded or narrowed and the management mode as well as the skill levels of the staffs should be further improved .In this way ,the operat‐ing efficiency of the five‐star hotel can be promoted .关键词
