基于约束满足的个性化西服定制推荐系统
Customized recommendation system based on constraint satisfaction method for personalized suits
摘要
Abstract
Due to the problems of limitations of customers′demands ,and a shortage of customer partici‐pation ,the personalized demands customers of design elements and emotional factors for a suit were analyzed .A conversational interaction model based on finite state machine for requirement acquirement was constructed through mining existing interactive log in order to fully express customers personal‐ized demands .A customized recommendation system based on constraint satisfaction method and emo‐tional utility was developed by using multi‐attribute utility theory .An application in a clothing enter‐prise shows that constructing the system improves customer elicitation ,customer participation and re‐liability of customization results .关键词
