基于三维形变曲面模型的脊椎分割方法
Vertebral segmentation method based on three-dimensional deformable model
摘要
Abstract
In view of the problem of vertebral segmentation in the medical image ,a new verte‐bral segmentation method based on three‐dimensional deformable model is proposed .Firstly , based on the original ball model ,a convective force is designed ,and it can effectively prevent o‐ver‐segmentation .T hen ,calculating the image boundary and regional information ,the overall energy function equation can be obtained .Finally ,the deformation model evolves along with the direction of energy function minimization ,so that the image local feature matches with the deformation model .Using numerical methods ,so it can gradually evolve into the boundary con‐tour of the vertebral .According to the above steps to create a three‐dimensional model of the vertebral .The experiments on series of vertebral CT images show that this scheme is accurate and fast ,and has a more satisfactory segmentation results for the weak narrow concave side .关键词
