摘要

Abstract

In order to balance the load between networks for different user strategy and types of business in the QoS requirements ,we propose a subjective and objective attributes collab-orative decision-making dynamic wireless heterogeneous network selection algorithm based on types of business and user strategy .In this paper ,Analytic Hierarchy Process algorithm analyzed the relative importance of the parameters to user strategies and four types of busi-ness and determine the subjective weights of each attribute ;the introduction of Entropy theo-ry in multi-attribute scenarios determines the objective weight of each attribute to eliminate arbitrariness ;finally ,the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution weighted sorts for candidate networks .Simulation results show the correctness and effective-ness of the algorithm while being able to realize the network load balancing .
