稀土 Eu对发光玻璃白光发射的调控
Tunable white emitting of luminescent glass doped with Eu
摘要
Abstract
A series of luminescent glasses composed of CaO-B2 O3-SiO2 (CBS ) single-doped with europium oxide (Eu2 O3 ) and co-doped with cerium oxide (CeO2 ) , terbium oxide (Tb4 O7 ) and europium oxide (Eu2 O3 ) were prepared by melting at high temperature .The spectroscopic properties of the samples were investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer and CIE color coordinate .It is showed that Eu2 O3 doped CBS luminescent glass emit all main spectra peak attributed to Eu3+ under 394 nm excitation .Under the 374 nm excitation ,the blue ,green and red emission which can result in white light was observed in the Ce/Tb/Eu ternary doped luminescent glass .In addition ,as the proportion of Eu2 O3 w as increased ,the emission color of Ce/Tb/Eu ternary doped luminescent glass can be tuned and controlled from blue to white ,which will greatly expand its applications in the field of white light emis-sio n .关键词
