聚氨酯对聚偏氟乙烯结晶行为的影响
Influence of polyurethane (PU) on the crystallization of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)

Abstract
The poly(vinylindene fluoride) (PVDF)/polyurethane (PU) blend was prepared by the solution cast method .The effect of PU content on the crystallization behavior and crystal morphology of PVDF was studied using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polari-zing optical microscope (POM ) .It was found that PVDF is immiscible with PU in the amor-phous state .When the PU content is below 50% ,the PU component ,as the nucleating agent , increases the crystallization rate of PVDF .In this case ,PVDF develops well-structured spher-ulites but PU forms the dispersed phase .When the PU content is above 50% ,the crystalliza-tion of PVDF is inhibited by the addition of PU .T he crystallization rate of PVDF decreases with the increase of PU and the PU component forms the continuous phase .关键词
