基于絮凝技术下的薯蓣皂苷分离研究
Study on separation of dioscin based on the flocculation technology
摘要
Abstract
With dioscin extraction obtained by ultrasonic-assisted sodium dodecyl sulfate as the raw materials ,and the separation factor of dioscin as evaluation index .T hese effects w ere studied of the type ,the doage of the flocculating agent ,pH value and flocculation conditions on the separation factor of dioscin systemically ,it was found that the separation factor of di-oscin can reach 94 .5% under the optimum flocculation condition .The diosgenin yield was 0 .062% higher than that of the vacuum concentration method .The technology will achieve the cleaner production of diosgenin at lower costs .关键词
