不同预处理烟梗成丝工艺的实验室研究
Experimental study of pretreatment technology stems tobacco-making
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the best softening conditions of the tobacco stems ,the effect of water bath ,steaming and the water‐soaking pretreatment technology were discussed .The re‐sults showed that tobacco stems was pretreated by water bathing ,the best PFI revolutions was 1 500 r/min .the yield of shredded tobacco stem was 64 .41% ,and the qualified stem of tobacco was only up to 48 .13% .Tobacco stems were pretreated by water‐soaking ,the best PFI revolutions was 2 000 r/min .The yield of shredded tobacco stems was 62 .54% ,and the qualified stem of tobacco was 61 .05% ,while the fine component of tobacco stems was 3 .58% .For the pretreatment of steaming ,the best PFI revolution was 1 500 r/min .The yield of shredded tobacco stems was 61 .59% ,and the qualified stem of tobacco was up to 57 .59% .The yield of tobacco stems for PFI shredded treated by soak was high ,and the shape was good ,and water‐soaking was a good pretreatment method for tobacco stems by PFI shredded .关键词
