钇稳定氧化锆的制备及电性能测试
Preparation and electrical conductivity determination of yttrium stabilized zirconia

Abstract
In this paper ,ultramicro yttrium stabilized zirconia powders were successfully pre‐pared using ZrOCl2 · 8H2 O and YN3 O9 · 5H2 O as starting materials via a chemical precipi‐tation method with Y3+ doping content as 6 mol% ,7 mol% and 9 mol% respectively .The samples were heated under 1 500 ℃ for 2 hours after half‐dry pressing molding process ,fol‐lowed by depositing silver paste and firing electrode .Then the electrical conductivity of the attain samples under 400 ℃ 、450 ℃ 、500 ℃ 、550 ℃ 、600 ℃ were determined by AC imped‐ance spectroscopy technique ,and the phase and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM .The results show that the yttrium stabilized zirconia powders prepared with Y3+ do‐ping content as 9 mol% and sintered under 1 500 ℃ present a cubic phase and uniform parti‐cle size distribution without agglomeration .The electrical conductivity of the 9 mol% sam‐ples under 600 ℃ reaches to 0 .060 95 S · cm -1 ,higher than that of the 7 mol% samples (0 .055 S · cm -1 ) .And the electrical conductivity increases with the increase of temperature and Y3+ doping content .关键词
