秸秆纤维基软膜型抑尘剂的制备及其性能研究
The study about synthesis and performance of soft-film straw dust suppressants

Abstract
Sraw fiber‐acrylic acid (AA)‐diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) soft membrance were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization .Disscessed the affect of monomer ratio ,the amount of initiator dosage ,cross‐linking agent and plasticizer content on product performance of viscosity and film former .Dust suppressants were characterized by means of FT‐IR and XRD .Scanning electron microscope(SEM ) was used to observe the sur‐face morphology of the solidified layer .Monomer ratio quantities m(AA)∶ m(DMDAAC)=5∶1 ;initiator dosage of KSP is 1% (as to the total monomer mass ,the same below );cross‐linking agent dosage of MBA is 0 .5% ;plasticizer dosage of glycerol is 20% .Under this con‐dition ,dust suppressants has good moisture retention ,temperature adaptability ,and grafting ratio w as 83% .关键词
