二氧化硅水溶胶的一锅法制备及超疏水棉织物的构筑
Fabrication of superhydrophobic cotton fabrics by silica hydrosol using a one-pot method
摘要
Abstract
Hydrophobic silicas were synthesized via a one‐pot method with propyltrimethox‐ysilane as precursor in the presence of base catalyst and surfactant ,followed by modification with glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane in a three‐necked flask .Cotton fabrics were coated with the as prepared silica hydrosols using a traditional dip‐pad‐cure method .The surface morphology of the cotton fabrics was characterized by scanning electron microscope .The wettability of the fabrics was investigated by using an OCA 20 con‐tact angle system .And the durability of the superhydrophobicity was evaluated by using a laundering machine .Results showed that superhydrophobic cotton fabrics with water contact angle of 160 ° were fabricated .And the superhydrophobicity could withstand ten times do‐mestic laundering .关键词
