活性炭纤维负载 Pd/Sn 电催化高浓度硝酸盐废水的优化研究
Optimization study of electrocatalytic reduction high concentration nitrate wastewater with activated carbon fiber loaded Pd/Sn
摘要
Abstract
Activated carbon fiber loaded Pd/Sn (4∶1) was used as cathode in electrocatalytic reduction .Single factor and orthogonal experiments were employed to investigat the relation‐ships between nitrate removal ,nitrogen selectivity with current ,initial pH ,initial nitrate con‐centration and solution circulating velocity in high concentration nitrate wastewater ,and real‐ized optimum reaction condition .Results showed that the current ,interaction of current and initial pH were the major controlling factors of NO3 -‐N removal efficiency .The current and initial nitrate concentration were the major controlling factors of N2 selectivity .The optimiza‐ted reaction conditions were as follows :current 0 .68 A ,pH=6 .4 ,initial nitrate concentra‐tion 250 mg/L .In this conditions for 6 h ,the amount of NO3 -‐N removal from 250 mg/L to 200 mg/L ,maximum amount of N2‐N selectivity beyond 48% ,activity of electroeatalytic denitrification was 20 mg/(g · h) .关键词
