Ni2P微球的合成、表征及其电化学性能
Synthesis and characterization of Ni2 P microspheres and its electrochemical performance
摘要
Abstract
Uniform Ni2 P microspheres were successfully synthesized via a facile solvothermal method in the absent of any surfacant ,using ethylene glycol (EG ) and benzene as solvent . The results show that the products are pure Ni2 P with a hexagonal phase and the morpholo‐gy is spheres which are composed with large number of small particles with a size of 20 nm . The diameter of the spheres is in the range of 1 μm to 3 μm .The effects of solvent ratio ,reac‐tion temperature ,and reaction time on the formation of Ni2 P microspheres were also investi‐gated .It was found that the optimum preparation conditions are that the reaction tempera‐ture is 160 ℃ ,the solvent ratio is V(EG)∶V(Benzene)=1∶1 and reaction time is 12 h .As anode materials for lithium ion batteries ,the electrochemical property of the Ni2 P micro‐spheres w as also examined .T he results indicated that the initial discharge capacity of the Ni2 P microspheres reaches to 1 915 mAh/g .关键词
