纳米四方相氧化锆的微波水热合成及结晶机理研究
Microwave hydrothermal synthesis and crystallization mechanism of tetragonal phase zi rconia nanocrystalline
摘要
Abstract
Nanocrystalline zirconia (ZrO2 ) was synthesized by a microwave‐hydrothermal process .The phase and microstructure of ZrO2 crystals were examined using X‐ray diffrac‐tion (XRD) ,Raman spectroscopy ,and transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) .The effect of pH and reaction temperatures on crystallization of ZrO2 crystals was discussed .Crystalli‐zation mechanism of ZrO2 crystals was investigated .Results showed that pure t‐ZrO2 could be obtained at a pH of 7 ,w hen reaction temperature is 200 ℃ and reaction time is 30 min . The size of the ZrO2 crystals were in the range of 8~26 nm and decreased with increasing of pH .The formation of m‐ZrO2 resulted from precipitation of ZrO2 from solution .The t‐ZrO2 was formed through the in‐situ structural rearrangement of amorphous Zr(OH)x Oy .The re‐action temperature has an important effect on the crystallization of ZrO2 crystals .At the pH value of 7 ,pure t‐ZrO2 could get at the temperature between 180 ℃ and 200 ℃ .The size of the ZrO2 crystals increased with increasing of temperature ,w hich resulted in the transition from the t‐ZrO2 to the m‐ZrO2 .关键词
