树脂改性对炭布/树脂摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响
Effect of resin type on f riction and wear performance of carbon fabric/resin f riction materials
摘要
Abstract
Carbon fabric/resin friction materials is a new type wet friction material which has been used in automatic transmission .In this study ,three kinds of carbon fabric/resin friction materials were prepared with boron-modified ,cashew nut shell liquid modified and nitrile bu-tadiene rubber modified phenolic resin .The degradation characteristics of the samples were analyzed using a thermal analyzer .The friction and wear properties were tested by a wet fric-tion performance tester .Scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) was also employed to study the wear mechanisms .Experimental results indicated that the samples with boron-modified phenolic resin demonstrated better potential with good heat-resistance ,high friction coeffi-cient ,excellent friction stability and only low wear rate of 0 .437 × 10 -8 cm3 J-1 .关键词
