黑果枸杞内生真菌 RER4次生代谢产物活性研究
Antimicrobial activity of the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi RER4 from Lycium ruthenicum
摘要
Abstract
The Minmum Inhibiting Concentration (MIC) of 11 compounds isolated from the Lycium ruthenicum RER4 fungal secondary metabolites .were measured by microdilution method on 96-well plates against E .coli ,P .aeruginosa ,S .aureus ,B .subtilis ,F .oxysporium , G .saubinerii ,C .mandshurica ,B .cirerea .The results showed that 9 compounds exhibited different inhibition to bacterial and fungal grow th .5-hydroxybenzofuran-2 (3H )-one andmethyl 2-(2 ,5-dihydroxyphenyl)acetate show n better inhibition to both bacteria and fungi , pyranonigrins A and asperpyrones A exhibited better bacterial grow th inhibition ,5-hydroxy-methylfuran-3-carboxylic acid show n a special interesting to Gram-negative bacteria .5-hydroxybenzofuran-2(3H )-one ,methyl 2-(2 ,5-dihydroxyphenyl and pyranonigrins Al had notable inhibiting microorganism activity to bacteria with the MIC7 .8 μg/mL .The antioxi-dant effects of compounds 5-hydroxybenzofuran-2 (3H )-one ,methyl 2-(2 ,5-dihydroxyphe-nyl)acetate ,pyranonigrins A ,rubrofusarin B ,asperpyrones A were tested .The DPPH radical-scavenging capacity was measured against various concentrations with ascorbic acid as con-trasts .The result of antioxidant activity test showed that the antioxidant activity of 5-hydroxybenzofuran-2(3H)-one and methyl 2-(2 ,5-dihydroxyphenyl)acetate was equal to vi-tamin C for DPPH .Form strong to weak ordering 5-hydroxybenzofuran-2(3H)-one>methyl 2-(2 ,5-dihydroxyphenyl)acetate>pyranonigrins A>asperpyrones A>rubrofusarin B .关键词
