Abstract
How the state-owned enterprises could catch the opportunities of holding talents and occupying markets in the reform of eco-nomic system, and how the state-owned enterprises could turn challenges into opportunities, difficulty into development forces, the role transformation of HR managers of the enterprises is the key point to stress.In this paper, the urgency of the role transformation of HR managers of the state-owned enterprises is analyzed based on the current status of the HR managers of the state-owned enterprises.Fur-thermore, tips on the role transformation are raised.关键词
