Abstract
With the case of the double-curvature arch dam whose outline is complicated in water resources and hydropower projects.Applica-tion of Civil 3D in dam modeling is described in terms of establishment of the original topographic curve, arrangement of components of the arch-dam outline, setting-out of the dam arc curve, slope excavation, calculation of work quantities of excavation and backfill, etc.The ap-plication prospects of the application of AutoCAD Civil 3D in water resources and hydropower projects are summarized, providing the designer of water resources and hydropower projects with reference.关键词
