Abstract
One hydropower project in Nepal is the first one with the preferential loan from EXIM bank of China.It is also the first one which is built by the government of Nepal in EPC mode.Although the EPC contract is prepared based on FIDIC, the Client directly copies the con-tract of the projects previously implemented in the Client's requirements, resulting in conflicts between the EPC contract and FIDIC terms. Through the engineering practice and exploration of the contract management of the hydropower project, handling modes and practice experi-ence on the special contract issues are provided in the paper.关键词
